At Coco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin or style, you can return or exchange any unopened or lightly used items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly closed to prevent leaking during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
